Missing item

Hello GGG first off love the game and thank you for the work...now im not the type to complain about to much but this is one of them. i Had a 5 link carcass jack, that now i am missing. i have checked all of my characters and my stash many many times and is nowhere to be found. i do not sell items very often and i wouldnt have sold this buy any means as i am broke in this game. is there anyway you could locate this for me or somehow be able to tell me what happened to it? i have read that no items in game would be restored and i am aware i cant get it back if lost but its frustrating when i had it and was using it not to long ago and now its just gone. thank you for any help you can provide. also sorry if this is not the correct place to post this but i dont post on here very much.
