I'm sorry to hear you are experiencing issues. Can you please post a Dxdiag report for us using the spoiler tags? You can do this, by searching in the start menu for dxdiag.exe, then clicking 'save all information' at the bottom of the window. Then save the .txt document, and copy it into the post, using the spoiler tags.
