Not going to remove the exp penalty, especially since it's not a problem on their end thats causing the DC.
Even then what ever is causing it isn't a bug, you should be posting in technical AFTER doing the test here : https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/1377789 You need to run it while you play for 300 seconds or more (unless you get DC'd in that time) then post the results Ancestral Bond. I'm getting the same issue...during a race. Has been disconnecting/failing to connecting to instances (and login servers) for 3 days off and on...I'll run the test once the race is over...
