Patch Hanging

Hello:
I have had problems with the last two patches (Nov 13 and today Nov 15). It's been about an hour now since I've started downloading the latest 11.88 MB patch, and it's hanging from 0 to 3 KB/s. Hi there,
Thank you for posting this. You seem to have some packet loss on your WinMTR which may explain your issues. I recommend contacting your ISP about this, as well as showing them this report.
