My opinions are based on what I've played so far in the awakening,
and my imagination :)


Nerfs
Incinerate: reduced cast speed, increase mana cost (this will also fix the OP low mana on totems)

Flame totem: loses 1 projectile, base crit becomes 4%

Explosive arrow: lower dmg the further someone is from the explosion (up to 30-40%)

Rain of splinters jewel: becomes 20-30% LESS instead of reduced

New fireball jewel: aoe increase nerfed to 30% per jewel

Iron will gem: gets 120% mana multiplier

Surgeon's flasks: 70% chance to grant flask charge on crit

Lioneye's fall jewel: grants effect only if X Strength is allocated near it

Resistance flasks: max resist becomes 8%, duration increased by 25%



Buffs
Spectral throw: much higher %base dmg

Chain Gem: 5-8% higher base dmg

Most of the defences (except armour and block)

Elemental Proliferation: 20% more radius, if linked to a skill that has a higher base radius than it, it uses that radius instead

They will nerf the nerfs instead so we can't complain that nerfs were nerfed by nerfs which were nerfed by nerfs which...

removal of tables in academy boss room to prevent the cheese kills. 99% tornado avoidance is OP.
