rip vaal spark, dropping its base crit chance and not allowing spell echo to work with it anymore. all current vaal soul gems go legacy and the new ones have a lower % chance of vaal souls on kill.
rip current incinerate , youll have to use controlled destruction to make it deal decent damage, sacrificing 1 link am i doing this right? Lab is a chore

Cyclone is not that good when you bump into a rock(or another decoration item) and you cant move for almost a second... Then you are being striked for dozens of mobs :)

Nerfs:
- armour - life - taste of hate / rumis - lightning coil (and all other conversion/mitigation items) - minion ai for your minions - elemental hit (!) - shield charge (!) Buffs: - incinerate - cyclone - PA - SRS - monster damage - monster life - monster crit chance - monster crit dmg Additions: - beyond becomes a permanent feature at a higher spawnrate than before ... but maybe I am totally wrong... but just maybe... Have a problem with something I said? PM goetzjam don't derail a thread.

I think they just did buff incinerate and PA :D
speechless... controlled destruction and rapid decay... bye bye pvp in sarn arena and Leo. it will be a honorable mentions that they existed some time before. With consuming dark and poison updated incinerate will be even more stronger as well. |
