Tempest Shield + support gem bug

My Tempest Shield (lvl 9) stop working with Cast when Damage Taken (lvl 3).
But if I buy a new Tempest Shield it's work fine. What should I do? BUG REGERENCE № 3916272635 |

It's not a bug.
Read the text on the Cast trigger gem. It only supports gems with a level requirement of 42. Your Tempest Shield is level 43 requirement. |
