Hi there are a few issues in your build which deviate from traditional builds when using 2H axes, the first one being your helmet. It is not viable to use Abysus with the increased damage taken without a shield to block such attacks therefore it is more often used in shield Melee builds so I recommend swapping that out for a helmet with pure armour with the usual life + res.

Second you added a reduced mana gem to your aura set up, but that has no effect with this current meta so I recommend removing that. Also on top using a Herald of Thunder/ Herald of Ice is not efficient in terms of dps as they do not scale with your physical damage. I suggest a Hatred + Herald of Ash combo or I survived on Determination + Hatred only till I speced to full Blood Magic.

Next you should run two different Cast When Damage Taken setups to take advantage of procing Immortal Call at the highest damage taken (to eat all your endurance charges up), and the other CWDT to be lower leveled with Blood rage, Molten Shell, and your choice of curse (some good ones I have used are Enfeeble, Warlord's Mark or even Punishment).
