Failed to load instance disconnected from server

I was running a tropical island map using my hideouts map device and when i tried to go through the portal to sell some rares it wouldn't let me back into my hideout. It ust said something along the lines of "failed to join instance disconected from server".

i used blood rage to kill my self so i could respawn at checkpoint which is my hideouts waypoint. it would not let me do this either. i had to respawn in town. i went back to my hideout and all the portals were gone, if their were any left that is.
