[2.0] Cheap Incinerate+RF+potential=500k+dps. Easy normal Atziri

Hi all! 1 year ago GGG open new PoE Garena server for CIS (Russia and other)
Ofc i go play there and at patch 2.0 i take incinerate skill for play.

So what we need for over99999 dmg and easy farm normal atziri???
We need:
1. Jewel Hidden potential
2. 6 div cards for 6l astral plate
3. Craft armour for hp and MUCH resists
4. 2 Purity fire\lightning + Rise of phoenix shield for high fire resist
5. Magic helm, gloves, belt and 2 elreon rings (-8 mana) with res or\and hp mods\base
6. Cheap unique items: Blood dance boots, Cybil's paw and Stone of Lazhwar
7. Desire and experience!

If you have money or too lucky and get Scold's Bridle Mind Cage you ofc need swap Cybil's paw for Doon Cuebiyari Vaal Sceptre and use Vaal Molten Shell and you will easy kill Uber Atziri with 800k+ dps

I am working on it) if find few little things and try again i will try not forget record)
and for normal Atziri i need 5 min to kill from start map)

All uniques you need at late game you can use at 5 37 44 68lvls if you can buy them for lvling thats great)
