Oak's Amulet Missing (Merciless)

I just killed Oak in a solo game, his amulet did not drop but the UI indicates I should be able to acquire it. I did not port in/out or do anything unusual. Report# 2,629,125,038. Giant screenshot in spoiler.

I can't see your screenshot.
What does your quest log say? That you haven't dealt with oak yet? Are you sure you killed him in the right difficulty this last time? Guild Leader The Amazon Basin <BASIN>

Fixed the image, yes it was definitely the correct difficulty. I reset the instance and it worked fine.
