Aqueduct and dried lake (and sceptre of god)

When the player travels the aqueduct from the sceptre of god to highgate, they see a lot of broken side-ducts, from which water spills dowanwards.

When the player explors the dried lake, it's all dry.

Still, those water spills from the aqueduct should create some water pools in the lake, probaly even small lakes considering the amount of water spilling.

So either fix the spills and keep the aqueduct intakt, or add water pools to the lake. The way it is currently just doesn't fit together.

(The aqueduct has strangeness on the other end too - the sceptre of god likely was some sort of tempel. Why does the aqueduct lead to the top of this building? I'd understand if it was the temple of water gods and nymphs, but the sceptre of god has nothing water-related inside.)
