Well it is actually worse(meaning better :P) than my Romira, it's about 2.8% But I have a thought - can you reach 0% total rarity in the game? 2x(rarity-perfect Ventor) + Aurumorax = 2*40+20 = 100% reduced IIR, right? And with Voidhome you can push it to mind-blowing -30% total IIR?! Dirac says hello :) And worst change is putting almost all bosses in new version of maps into fucking small areas, where you can't kite well or dodge stuff. Not a good roll, only 0.65%, but damn! It is almost perfect :(

I'm quite proud of this facebreaker:
These dropped when the range was still 800-1000, then they changed it to 600-800 soon afterwards. So they went from having the worst possible roll to the best possible roll. Face it, all of your suggestions are worse than this idea:
