Client not responding

Problem:
-Started download ->client randomly crashes (no error message) had like ~2gb
-When i try to restart the client after the crash it is "not responding" (tried most of the usual stuff admin/Compatibility/searched for processes in the background etc.)
-I have to delete the "content.ggpk" file to be able to restart the client, but obv. then i have to start from 0% and the client will crash again at some point (started it like 6 times now, client always crashes for no reason)

Any suggestions?
