Lag spikes caused by charges

Hi,

you improved the lags at strongboxes.

If you have a map with "monsters get 3 charges of Endurance, Frenzy and Power every 20 seconds" there are massive lag spikes.
Maybe you can handle this like the spawning from strongboxes. So not all 9 charges appear at the same time.

(What happend to the bugfix caused by golems when partymembers enter an instance with them? There are lagspikes, too.)

I have a very powerful gaming system, but there is always a spike when a pack of mobs gains charges.

Please fix this.
Just getting a bit annoyed with this issue, as I just died.. again.. for the lag-by-charges-gained-by-mobs-whatef.

Zana's timed shore map with all mobs gaining all charges.. once that happens, you get so frozen, that you are unable to do any action to save your sorry ass from the all the mobs charging against you.

Anyway, could you please verify this and add it to your defect tracking system (unless it's already there, and as long as it's planned to be fixed "eventually").
