Can't open my tunnel map

Tried to open this tunnel map but i just get activation failed.

It said something about a new patch i have to restart my client for. But i see nothing in patch notes. I restarted my client anyway and i still can't open this map.

What gives? And what was the patch that isn't listed under patch notes?
