+20% quality gear went back to zero for no reason (bug ?)

I've upgraded to +20% quality my Oblivion Brow Reaver Helmet (the one I'm wearing right now) 3 or 4 days ago and I've just noticed it went back to zero quality for some unknown reason.

Can you help me with this issue ?
