Technical Support - Massive frame drop every 5 seconds - Forum

Hello, I have upgraded my PC and haven't played a lot until this league, now getting an annoying issue. Every 5 seconds my FPS will drop to 0 for a brief second. I have tried changing display mode (full screen / windowed / etc), I have tried changing mode (Lockstep/predictive), I have updated to latest drivers, nothing seems to help. Please advise.
