Abnormal unplayable latency spikes

Hi there,

the last days I encoutered massive latency spikes on various times. It occurs in maps/instances/cities/hideouts. There are latency spikes with 1800ms and often a disconnect occurs after spikes over 3 seconds.
Can you pls look at the problem. Game is unplayable with this...

And no its not my computer nor my internet connection. Every other game/programm runs fine...

Do it for 300 seconds while you play then post the results and fyi the problem isn't the server in most cases.
