problems with entering the game

problem appears after starting the client, the login in and the character selection. when I click "play" - the loading screen appears and that's all. nothing else happens. You can wait forever. I tried to change the settings - the same result. antivirus, firewall disabled. problems began after the patch 2.0.4. on version 2.0.3 it worked well.
maybe someone faced with similar? sorry for mistakes - english is not my native language/
windows 10 + all updates.
