File bloat

Which, if any, files is it safe to uninstall? And will it help load times?

Nothing really improves load times other than a ram drive or SSD, and deleting files doesn't really improve anything.

Mainly because what causing the load time is 1.5 gig + of data getting loaded to your ram, the only things that slow it down is a heavily fragmented HDD, near full HDD, seriously old HHD, also anything that is utilizing the disc while you try to play wouldn't help

There is a file defragmentor that can significantly shrink the size of your game file. Not sure where you can find the thread on here but it's called ggpk I think. You can also delete your client.txt log file occasionally.
