Elemental hit (bow)

does increased projectile damage from the passive tree affects the elemantil hit damage from the skill? Been lvling and taking some increased projectile damage nodes, but it doesn't seem to affect the elemantil hit damage.

Damage from elehit is the same as any other added flat ele damage, from auras, supports, weapons or other gear. Projectile damage scales all damage types so it works as advertised, nothing even remotely funny about the interaction.
Wish the armchair developers would go back to developing armchairs.

Don't use elemental hit. Years of my life trying to make it work. Trust me on this, just don't do it.
