Game not responding...

Hello!

I recently came back to PoE. I am 'playing' it through steam, but 8/10 times I load into another area, PoE crashes and doesn't respond. I can't play the game...

Please help. I've tried to reinstall PoE , Made an exception in my Firewall , turned down the graphics , I've tried the "-high and --nopreload" commands in steam, but that doesn't work either. Checked some other posts who had the same problem, but they date back to 2013... With no reply on a fix.

I can't play the game until I get this fixed..

i7-2600 3.4GHz
8GB ram
