Confused about 1m league start

In the news it is displayed:

The events will start at:
PDT: Noon Friday, October 2
CEST: 9pm Friday, October 2
NZDT: 8am Saturday October 3
UTC: 7pm Friday, October 2

If I log to the singapore gateway (not with Garona but with global POE), what time does it start ?

Click the "Events" button near the top of the page - the starting time is displayed in your local time zone. The gateway doesn't determine when the leagues open, it's simultaneous around the globe.
