I was 59 fps, without moving in the city/hideout/map, now dropped to 10, 15 ... what happened?

Honestly, everyone I know is having major issues where their ms and fps swings like a seismograph during an earthquake. I hit 2500 ms for a few moments just the other day. Hardcore has been almost unplayable for more than a week. I can't find any info on it right now, but I will continue to look. Good luck.

i always have this kind of fps drop when i do partys.. GTX 780 ti here:

I have the same problem. I just bought an notebook with a geforce 920m in it and my FPS bounce from 10 to 50 on a regular basis just like a heartbeat. The game is unplayable like this and i didnt find a solution yet :/
