[Tempest] Incinerate wand and dragoon sword

Just looking for a price check on a couple items.



Wand has room for a spell damage master craft.
Not sure if the sword is trash or not. ilvl78 can be scoured for max t2 attack speed and max t1 crit chance but probably not worth the investment.
