Lagspikes Frankfurt Server

i get the same problem on any server...300 ish latency *spike* that last on average 30-40 seconds...every 5 minutes. What the hell i can barely play anymore....2000+ hours in please help

Has not changed at all. Game is not playable like this. Other games work fine.

packet loss is not that high, but still unplayable...

yea, lagging as well since yesterday and probably gonna log out again after i finish my map.
rly hope this issue can be resolved or at the very least that there will be some kinda response

I would be glad too, to see some answer from ggg, i mean hey...i supportet you with tons of € and then i have to wait like my full life of an answer from you guys!?

I quit this game until i see any fix or Statement from ggg.

It's getting worse day by day,
right now we're talking about 130ms base ping with spikes every 1-2sec's up to 400-10000ms. Usually i have 30-40ms during morning hours.
Under these conditions its simply unplayable, no matter wich EU Gateway i select.

But the most disturbing part is, that GGG is dodging any comment or statement to the situation.
After contacting my ISP about the matter , they stated there is no problem on their side.
so i think its about time that GGG gives some informations , either if the problem is on their side or not. this information vacuum is really annoying and the behavior fromm GGG is new to me afair.

I'am slowly changing from shrugging shoulders, to becoming slightly pissed from the situation.

Workaround for now:
Use a VPN connection, to get around the problematic hops between the (for example) Deutsche Telekom and Level3 servers that connect to the game servers.

I used https://hide.me/ because they offer a free VPN trial (with maximum 2GB transfer volume).
As its only a solution for a few days, till the congested hop is fixed, you don't need a premium vpn service.

But be careful, if you start the VPN client, all your internet traffic will be routed through the VPN. So I wouldn't use online banking or something like that.

Ping-wise I get a ~16-17 ping (Deutsche Telekom FTTH connection), through hide.me VPN Netherlands server and Amsterdam PoE server. For the short time I tried it till now, game was very playable.

Means that they will fix it at all, the reaction (aka nothing) they gave us over the last two days don't hint at anything like that at all.
