Shadow quality

Thank you for posting this this concern. I apologise for the delay in our response, as I have been away from the office recently.

Are you able to confirm with us if you are currently using the GeForce Experience optimisation tool? In this instance, please toggle your 'optimise' option for Path of Exile. If this does not address the issue, please completely remove the software for testing. Please note that this does not have to be a permanent change, but it assists us greatly in isolating the cause of the issue at hand.

Should this not resolve the issue, we can look at manually changing your shadow quality. Thanks!
