Is this class good as my first toon on Hardcore?

Hello.

So I started playing this game and decided to make a tank build on hardcore mode!

I've seen that passive abillities require much thought as it's difficult to respec if you make a big mistake..

I'm aiming toward a tank who can take damage while dealing fire damage to my enemies.
