What has happened with my MF guy

I have a mf toon with 327r and 104q. Lately it stopped dropping uniques. I can do dominus run after run and never any. I now this is rng, the only thing dropping is "the carrion crow". I am level 84, is there any penalty doing dom then?

It uses incinerate as the attack, could it be that the rarity and quantity doesnt work with this attack any more?

I need to scrap this shit gear and do high maps at high speed and sell rares again.

There is no level penalty once you reach level 66 areas (you're considered max level 68 for drops). Just a string of bad luck I think.
