cant updated patch

im trying to update poe and it takes like 5 minutes to check resources then starts the download. then it bounces from 0-15 kbps when i should dl a patch this size in under 5 minutes its takeing hours iv tryed to uninstall and reinstall and do the repair thing nothing seems to work. iv also tryed to restart nothing seems to work plz help.
