loadingscreen freeze after new update

And again it happens..... :((((
When i enter a new area my loadingscreen freezes. Same as with 2.02.
win 10 i7 HD6950

Please fix it!

please help me. It seems that the second time i enter a new instance/portal the new area will not load. Sound plays, but my screen does nothing. When i click my screen goes white. POE message is "does not respond" (in dutch)

Can anyone help me?
