Weird instance bug while mapping

Hello, i was just mapping on the channel map and after 1 few hundred kills with my inventory full i was gonna cash in like i always do. I open a town portal then click on it to leave as always, however, i couldn't leave the map. I had to find a safe spot to logout and log back in. I went to my hideout to continue the map, but the map instance(portals) was gone from my map machine
