Massive control delays

Since few days each time i hold any control key on keyboard the game creates large delay for any control, the longer im holding the same buttin the longer delay is made, when clicking mouse on delay the machine gives a sound from build-in speaker multiple times.
This havent had place ealier, no hardware, software changes were made except few poe updates. Also alot frequent lags occur past few days even when mine pings are fine, i dont use wireless connection. Any player can design a build that works,

Hi,
same problem here. Basically I can't use the ctrl, alt and shift shortcuts to vendor/stash, use currency or confront items for more than once, wich is quite annoying, especially when racing. It's happening since version 2.0.3 has been released. The Narra-Tor
