Game Freezes (animations still play)

Using wireless,tried changing adapters, only happens one PoE.
The game will freeze for 1-5minutes then either dc or start doing all the actions i pressed during that time.
ping mostly stays between 20-25

EDIT: if i use ability while frozen my friend sees me use that ability, basically as if its only frozen on my end until i d/c

I've been having the same issue, starting within the past week, with a steady ping as well.

You are in Lockstep Mode. it does that when the server lags behind. At least you don't have to worry about Death by De-Sync.

I have been playing on lockstep since the awakening and this issue hasnt come up until now, altho these issues only started when i got my new internet connection, even though i play on lower ping than i used to, im thinking its an issue with my router setting but i dont know what i would do about it seeing how its only PoE.
Predictive mode just strait dcs me instead of freezing.
