Getting kicked out when I select my character

I'm getting instantly disconnected with "an unexpected disconnection occurred" as soon as I select my character, after successfully logging in.
My wife is having the same issue. Thanks UPDATE: creating a new character yields same result. UPDATE 2: Issue seems to have been resolved as I am now able to select a character and play. Have the same issue, it always happens to me when iam in a high lvl map so annoying....
