This is happening more and more, doesn't seem to be related to the local servers, or login servers. It has to be a server that Authenticates your character to the main servers. I am assuming because this is happening on every server you try to join, even the EU servers, it has to be a Single point of failure.
Seeing how persistence occurs across all servers, it has to be something to do with your character persistence... sigh. | |
