HNC protocol violated

Game was running fine until I got to the merciless act 3. When I trying to go out of town this error will come. exception: HNC protocol violated. And game crash down. I check all files are in synch. Another characters are fine to. Only this witch has problem.

Sorry I see many people have same issue.

Seems to be doing it anytime you try to change locations other than a hideout.
