Lag spikes, WinMT report included

Hi,

I've got problems with serious lag spikes for the past few days, no matter which gateway I'm using.

This is a link to my WinMT report for the London gateway ("lon.login.pathofexile.com", connected via cable to a router): http://pastebin.com/gSeasiUB
I checked the http://www.speedtest.net/, just after finishing a WinMT run, and got ping 25ms, D/L speed 31.2 Mbps and U/L speed 1.92 Mbps.

Hope that makes any sense to you (doesn't make much to me!).

Let me know if there's anything else I can do. I did not install/upgrade anything in the past few days. I'm using Avast antivirus (no settings changed, switched to silent/gaming mode after lag spikes hit). My provider is Virgin Media in UK (the 'up to 30 MB' package), wasn't informed of any changes on their end. I would consider my experience with other games flawless.
