Why nerf a skill not widely used and not overpowered at all

Dominating blow got nerfed to the ground hard. You could have gotten 60+ seconds with duration nodes+gem and now you get half that.

DomBlow could certainly use some love and have its duration brought back up. The minion/totem duration reduction was a global change and it certainly feels like nobody bothered to check up on all the skills that were affected by it.

Alternatively, if it just had "more minion speed", that might make up for the duration loss as well -- fewer, faster minions seems just as good or better than <2.0 "wall of minions" dom blow.
