Game not responding at second loading screen

Hey there, have you upgrade to Windows 10 recently? With an upgrade to Windows 10 it is possible that some of your user permissions were changed without your knowledge.

If this is the case, please use the following steps and let us know if this solves your issue:

Go to you C:\Users\username\Documents\My Games
Right click on the 'Path of Exile' folder and select Properties
Select the Security Tab
Click the Edit button
Select the HomeUsers group
Check the 'Full Control' checkbox in the Allow column
Click 'OK', then 'OK' again to save
