My only visual downside with the game

The characters look very stiff, especially when walking. I guess the best way to describe it would be: they have a stick inserted in their posterior throughout the game.

The atmosphere (especially this), effects and everything else looks amazing, but if some work could be done about the walking animations this game would be much better.

It is, I was gust merely pointing out (IMO) an odd flaw among the sea of goodness.

But it's very apparent because 99% of the games involves you staring at your moving character.

They really do look stiff sometimes. They don't look bad, though. Hopefully this is something that might be improved down the line, they did say in the latest patch notes that they're continually improving the visuals, or something along those lines, but I'm guessing it's a rather low priority.

Personally I HATE that waypoints turn a bland all-white when you hover over them.
Make them glow or something, don't just completely remove the texture.

You receive run speed penalties already for wearing heavier armor.

Run speed penalty is a game mechanic. Stiff animations is an animation issue. They might be related, but they shouldn't be, at least not in my opinion. At the end of the day it's up to GGG, though. It's not really that big of a deal anyway, and definitely not something that will keep me from playing. =P

Ahh, I wasn't disagreeing with the stiff animations, just didn't know if you knew they had done this with heavier armor based on realism.

With that though, I play a necromancer so if I can see around my character and see her animations then I'm doing it wrong.
