Help me create "Caliga Imperatrix"!

Hey guys,

I created a character named Caliga Impersonix, based off Caliga Imperatrix. She's that crazy unique undying archivist that uses multi-trap lightning traps, found in the Upper Scepter of the God.

Her wiki picture is not accurate. She actually looks like this:

My goal is to re-create her visual the best I can. Unfortunately, I don't think her exact mtx are sold in the store, and I'm not sure what could mimic that strange body-armor she wears.

I'm asking for any help. Any items that could be used for mtx skin transfers, any mtx that I overlooked, any ideas in general on how I can make this happen.

I'm pretty sure she's wearing the Challenger's Golden Halo mtx that was only obtainable back in Rampage/Beyond as a reward for completing all 8 challenges. So if you wanted to replicate that and didn't get all 8 challenges back then, you're out of luck. Sorry.
