Just like the title says, I think I found new recipe... at least I didn't find this one on poe wiki.

It's nice there are still new things to find in this game, but all things considered, it is quite trashy recipe.

It's been in the wiki a long time. You just overlooked it. Look at the part where it says equipment.

I just checked the part "Multiple Rare Items" and saw only information about 3 items or different combination of rares and magic. Maybe they should sort it differently for it to be less misleading.
