Question about +3 Bow

Just wondering, once you roll a blue +2 Bow, add Catarina's meta mod to it and Regal it, is the Exalted Orb guaranteed to add +1 to Gems to it?

Yes, however do note you can regal the +1 also since you can regal a prefix.

1. Roll single stat +2 bow gems
2. Add Cannot roll attack mods
3. Regal (safe cause the only prefix that can roll is +1 Gems)
4. If you hit the +1 gem good
5. if not exalt
6. after you hit +1 gem remove the Cat Mod and add the Leo mod for DOT
7. if you want Reroll the Leo mod until 30%
8. Exalt out the remaining suffixes

So if you are lucky you regal the +1, if not exalt it, remove catarinas mod and craft damage over time.

I have a noob question... how do you remove caterina's meta mod without removing the rest of the mods(+3 gem)?

With a level 7 Tora, of course. Remove crafted mod.

What if you roll 2 mod with the +2 bow gem in it and other one maybe crit, will it work? Or it must be single +2 bow mod only?

Single Mod if you wanna make it less painful.

Otherwise you're gonna need to Regal (since you cannot craft anything else on a 2-mod Magic Item) and pray for a Suffix. Then you can follow the rest of the steps.

Keep in mind this method provides you with a +3 Bow with DoT and 2-3 random suffixes. In order to get something like this:



You'd have to go through some additional steps using Haku and Elreon.
