you are not supposed to test thing every patch to detect if they have silently change something... Especially when it does cost several exalts just for testing one thing...

Please, then why do they put out patch notes to document all the other major mechanics changes? This isn't a vendor recipe, this is a master craft meta mod that supposedly changed, mechanically. Scours are supposed to remove ALL mods. And from what was posted on reddit, this was indeed the case in 1.3. Then, all of a sudden, in 2.0, it doesn't remove all mods anymore? Should have been in patch notes.

its entirely possible it didnt change and ventor was simply mistaken and presumed it didnt work when it did, and that qarl decided to remove his correction and allow the information to remain something players could work out for themselves and either chose to share or use privately for advantage.
