Lightning Warp slow as hell after 2.0.2 patch?

It's as if the Less Duration gem doesn't work with it or something. LW has become extremely slow after the patch. Anyone else notice this? This thread has been automatically archived. Replies are disabled.

Yessss! Definitely.
Tested with and without Less Duration, my friends and I agree that it's the same speed regardless of whether or not the gem is there. Tested, seems both faster casting, and less duration don't support it anymore.
