Did you master craft to block a suffix like intelligence before you regaled or just get lucky?

I just got lucky mate. I had bought I think 3-4 redblade helmets with some es on them for around 20c each and I was just regaling them and crossing my fingers. I was about to multimod another helm which was a harlequin mask with a flat es mod when I saw the hubris in chat. It was ilvl 77 so I think I paid alot for it but I got a really good regal so it was worth it.

I think from a purely mitigation standpoint I'd get more out of a high evasion or armour helmet however for my build I really needed the es or I struggle to sustain my KB. It was also pretty cool to craft something for myself that was a little unique. I really wish the drop rates were better so that more people could craft these things.

One day... One day. Congrats on that regal - I bought a decent ES Redblade that could get around 200 ES.

I did some regalling and then thought of a nice use for the Fire Penetration one handed weapons:

No it only applies to attacks, and only attacks with that weapon so if you use ice crash with a mace in the main hand you don't get the life and mana on hit unfortunately.

The extra dual wield block chance and fire penetration is what it's used for, I'm leveling an incinerate character now in the one month race that will test these out once it ends.
