HC Dual Wield Cyclone Build Help

Hey guys,

So I've decided I'm going to make my first HC character in tempest tonight and I wanted to do a build I at least tried to design myself. I wanted to do a DW Cyclone build based off of a large life pool and a lot of armor. I'm not sure if this is a good idea or even viable but wanted some input. This is the first skill tree I've designed myself, so be gentle. I'm sure it's not very optimized or great and would really appreciate some input.

Please let me know what I should change, things I need to consider, or if it's just honestly that bad and I should completely redo it. Any and all help and critique is appreciated guys.
