Gameplay Help and Discussion - Super dumb question by a newbie, please help T_T - Forum

Sorry guys I'm new, my character has 106 mana regen per second, and my main attack cast speed is 0.22 second with 46mana (after spell echo), but somehow I don't have mana regen problem even I attack nothing, why lol?
